The processing time for orders is 24 hours. 

Delivery Times:

Within Germany 2-3 business days

International (within the EU):

Express: 3 - 7 days
Standard: 7-14 days

Internationally (outside EU):

Express: 7-11 business days 

Please keep in mind that the current global situation can affect our delivery time.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Deutsche Post AG to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited Germany.

 

NON-EU COUNTRIES - CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, AND FEES

If you are ordering outside the EU you might need to pay customs, taxes, or duties. You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Happy Mask does not have any control over any duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to your country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Happy Mask, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
